The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift.
Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor.

Vi sono molti aspetti positivi, altri accettabili ed alcuni opinabili. In generale una struttura che consiglierei se avesse dei prezzi ben più bassi ed una maggiore attenzione alle norme igienico-sanitarie delle camere. In particolare, abbiamo avuto il lavandino completamente intasato per tutta la durata del soggiorno, nonostante i diversi solleciti, dal lavandino risaliva l'acqua dalle condutture trasportando ogni genere di schifezza (peluria, crema, sporco, schiuma da barba, dentifricio) DEGLI ALTRI OSPITI.

Overall an excellent location. With easy assess to slopes from ski room (literally across road).
Room was very good size with separate bedroom. Breakfast and dinner one of best had on ski holiday.

Sporco e trascurato, malmesso, personale per niente professionale in tutti i reparti, non guidati da un leader, camerieri che si lamentano guidati da una metre che sparla dietro ai clienti che la sentono, chef maleducato e scontroso che risponde male ai clienti e se ne frega delle diete speciali, menu bimbi inesistenti, pizzaiolo il top! animazione che ti caccia il Bimbo perche all ultimo giorno di vacanza e devono dare spazio ai nuovi iscritti , ovviamente lui piangendo è scappato. Animazione serale noiosa, reception che non spiega niente ai nuovi arrivati , baristi che ti danno la carta per pulire a terra perche tuo figlio a rovesciato l acqua, sala giochi non funzionante, piscina un piccolo bozzo, massaggiatrice il 🔝, biancheria in camera raccolta da terra con sangue e riappesa , pulizie giornaliere pessime, grazie per averci rovinato la vacanza dopo un anno di lavoro!

c’mon…. a lot of employees needs to be FIRED immediately, i’ve never been treated so badly by staff members. forget a relaxing time at the spa it’s not good at all, and forget a good workout in the gym, i almost fainted because the pool is right beside it, so the humidity is absolutely terrible. yesterday i went to spleep at 1am because of all the noise coming from the corridors, the walls seems to be made out of paper. the balcony was DIRTY but overall the room was pretty comfortable. i repeat staff members are not it, take action because i’m not the first person to say this and trust me i’ll NOT be coming back, they ruined my trip.
